Now is the time you should start planning to join me on the Celtic Invasion of Donegal, Ireland. I changed things up a lot over the past few years. I now offer discounts as well as the opportunity to split your payment up over time. But first, let me tell you about the trip so far…
I will fly in a day before the trip actually starts to catch up on sleep and prepare for our exciting adventure.
On Saturday morning, everyone will gather at the Belfast, Ireland airport. When everyone has arrived, we will drive North to the Giant's Causeway. We'll stop to each lunch before we arrive to stand in its majestic sites. Then we will drive to our humble cottage in County Donegal. That evening, I will cook you dinner and play a few songs before we crash from happy exhaustion.
Sunday morning, we will join a local tour guide to soak in the culture, history and stories of County Donegal. A local musician will join us for some music after we enjoy a fantastic Irish dinner. Monday it's off to the the Slieve League.
Slieve League, sometimes Slieve Leag or Slieve Liag, is a mountain on the Atlantic coast of County Donegal, Ireland. At 601 metres, it has some of the highest sea cliffs on the island of Ireland.
With any luck, this is wetting your appetite for joining me. But let me stop here for two reasons. First, the trip is still under development. This isn't packaged tour like you get with big tour companies. Each trip is customized for You! I don't have a solid itinerary yet. I'm still researching places that will discover together.
Second, I want to tell you how you can save some money.
The sooner I get people booked on the tour, the sooner I can make more solid plans. That's why if you make 50% of your payment before October 31st, you will save $25 each off the tour price. That means, you'll have more money to spend in Ireland!
If you make your final payment before December 31st, you'll save an additional $25.
And of course, if you're a previous Invader, then you'll also save $25 per previous trip you joined me on. I am super grateful for your joining me on these amazing vacations.
You can also split your payment into multiple payment plans. On the application, I list between 1-4. That is ideal, but if you wanted to do more, we could work it out. In fact, you could pay $455 a month until February and you'd be all set to join the tour. Pretty simple, huh?
There is a $325 non-refundable deposit that needs to be paid to reserve your spot. The rest of the payment is refundable up until February 15th or after if someone can take your spot.
