Best Smoothie Recipe for Kids (AND the Healthiest!) / #CF61

I love smoothies. The very best tasting to me are all-natural ingredients. With this recipe, I even figured out what to do with all of that fruit that was going bad. I dump it in the freezer for my smoothies. When there's leftover smoothies, I use it to make popsicles. I've been using this recipe for my daughter since she was two-years old. She still loves it. Now she even loves making it too. Bonus: It's great for popsicles, too!

Recipe:

1 Frozen Banana
1-1.5 cups Strawberries
1/2 cup 2% Milk (if you want an extra rich smoothie add some extra, or use whole milk)
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1 cup Cran-Pomegranate Juice
Honey (To taste – we do 2-4 Tbsp)

Make sure that the liquid covers all of the fruit, to make it smoother! Toss everything into the smoothie, set to chop, and then to liquefy! If it's not done blending and a little too bubbly, add some more juice.

Once blended, it's time for the taste-test – once you try it out, add what you need and enjoy!
