3. EXPERIENCE THE ‘REAL IRELAND’
- Inishfree Irish Music Tours are tours are for people who don’t like tours but who love music and travel. They take small groups of like-minded people on intimate musical excursions around Ireland. You’ll experience the best traditional music and scenery the country has to offer in the company of experienced Irish guides and drivers. Their tours are led by some of the best folk singer-songwriters in the United States, Canada and Ireland.
4. SHINY FAERY REALM
- Be careful when visiting the Fairy Forts of Ireland. You could become a permanent resident, imprisoned by the fae.
- Some folk find it difficult to express themselves. A lot like Marc Gunn and Malcolm Reynolds on the TV show, Firefly. It's all on Pub Songs & Stories #240.
5. THANK YOU PATRONS OF THE PODCAST

6. RIP Paddy Moloney
- One of the founders and the band leader of The Chieftains passed away on Oct 12. He was 83 years old. No cause of death was listed.
- Paddy Moloney was instrumental in reviving traditional Irish folk music. He helped popularize the Uilleann pipes in ensembles. He also played the tin whistle and was the primary composer and arranger for the Ambassadors of Irish Music.
