Blissful St. Patrick’s Day on Sale

Just a few more days until I head back to Austin for my Things Celtic benefit and gig at Sherwood Forest Faire. And since folks keep asking… No. Kenzie and Gwen will not be coming with. It's a wee bit too soon after surgery for Kenzie.

That said, Kenzie is doing great. She's healed up nicely from her surgery. I took her for a good hour-long walk yesterday morning. I love New Orleans in the spring.  It's just stunningly beautiful. Gwen and I are so happy to have her home. There are bright shining smiles on all our faces.

Now a few bits of news.

“Gollum Blues” was played on the latest edition of Middle-earth Minutes. Speaking of Lord of the Rings, Bilbo's birthday party was a blast three years ago.  ALEP 2 is repeating the excitement. You can join me and the entire Fellowship in Kentucky in September. There's limited space available. So sign up soon!

My friends Pandora Celtica released their latest CD Out of the Box last year. A capella Celtic songs. Fantastic stuff. I picked them as one of the Best Celtic Folk Bands of 2010 in my Pub Songs Podcast. I should have a new show up soon.

Did you see my article: Learn 8 Ways to Promote Your Celtic Community? I mention it because St. Patrick's Day is coming. Your Celtic community could use your help. Let's get people involved this year.

Other sites featuring me: Widmer Bros. “Perfect Playlist”, The Dreamer's Diary, The Wandering Falcon Podcast, Talking Lupus, and Top Celtic Culture Blog!

I hope to finally get another Celtic iMix done today. Meantime, don't miss the latest St Patrick's Day Podcast #6.

Finally, I put some new CDs on sale for St. Patrick's Day. That doesn't include my list of Best Celtic CDs for February. Check those out as well. You can find my discounted Celtic CDs including Happy Songs of Death, Kilted For Her Pleasure, Whiskers in the Jar, and Soul of a Harper. Plus, there's discounts on Celtic Stone and Brobdingnagian Bards.

It's almost St. Patrick's Day. So if you have all my music, just support indie Celtic music and buy a CD from your favorite Celtic band!

Time to go take care of the wee bairn. If you know of anyone talking about my music, please let me know.

Slainte!
