Celtfather Monthly: February 2024

Good morning!
This month, there's a free Coffee show, a Bandcamp concert, a limited-edition CD, a new Sci F'Irish album pin, and so much more.
January was a busy month. I didn't have many shows. Instead, I prepped for the new year. I setup two autoharps for use. I restarted Coffee with The Celtfather. I recorded a new Bards podcast. I revamped a podcast. I did a lot of prep and organization of the Irish & Celtic Music Podcast.

JOIN ME FOR COFFEE THIS WEEK (PUBLIC SHOW)

Coffee with The Celtfather is back. The show that's happening this Wednesday at 11:30 PM Eastern is a public show. Everyone can watch.
Make sure you follow my Patreon page so you don't miss it. It's free to follow and get updates.

WANT A LIMITED-EDITION CD?

The Kickstarter for the Irish & Celtic Music Podcast is a great success so far. We hit our funding goal in less than 36 hours. The 2024 shirts, CDs and album pins will be released thanks to the generosity of so many amazing people.
Now we've moved on to a Stretch Goal. If we can raise less than $1700 more, then I will produce a limited-edition compilation CD. This album will highlight some of the best songs and tunes of 2023 as featured on the podcast.
The absolute best deal is the $100 podcast special. Because you will get the limited-edition CD as a special gift, BUT ONLY IF we hit that Stretch Goal.
There are only 4 days left in the campaign…
Oh! You can also get…

NEW MERCH – KISS ME, I'M SCI F'IRISH

I decided to also use this campaign to fund another album pin. This one is “Kiss Me, I'm Sci F'Irish”. Only 100 of these album pins will be printed. You'll also get a digital download of Sci Fi Drinking Songs.
These pins won't be available online until… well… maybe next Fall…? I'm not sure. But you can own them before anyone else.
It is only available as an add on. So get that Podcast Special. Then add on the pin!
Oh! And everyone of the $100 Podcast Special supporters will also get a Celtic Heartstring.
This is truly a remarkable level for you to support.

DANCING WITH HOBBITS UPDATE

The CDs for Dancing With Hobbits should arrive soon. I'm also done editing the chords for the sheet music. The album pins look AMAZING! I can't wait to share them. But… I will.
The album doesn't come out until Bilbo's birthday in September.
However, you can get…

COME ADVENTURE WITH ME OUT MARCH 4

My next CD officially comes out on March 4. It is Come Adventure With Me. This album has beautiful graphics by Nikki O'Shea. It features songs inspired by The Hobbit, Doctor Who, Firefly and Celtic mythology.
I've heard a lot of great comments about it from those who supported the Kickstarter last year.
I'd love to share those. Email me. Let me know what you think of the album.
Starting in February, there'll be weekly Pub Songs & Stories episodes. I share the stories and inspiration behind each of the tracks.
Keep an open. I hope you love the album!

CELTIC INVASION OF THE ISLE OF MAN & PODCAST

Speaking of podcasts, The Celtfather podcast is officially no more. I deleted over 200 episodes of that show where I ranted about whatever was on my mind. Many of the back episodes are on Patreon.
You can now travel with me on an audio adventure as you hear stories and music from my Celtic Invasion Vacations as well as interviews with musicians from Irish & Celtic Music Podcast.
