Despite being super busy, I feel like I've had a good start to the new year. I'm already diving into booking. I'm practicing almost every day. I'm working on a new song. I'm walking almost every day. I'm feeling pretty good about how things are going. I also have a projects list that's pretty dang big!

But no need to worry about that. I'm gonna stick to one thing at a time, starting with…

COFFEE WITH IRISH & CELTIC KICKSTARTER ON JAN 11

I'm preparing a new Kickstarter for the Irish & Celtic Music Podcast. To help launch, I'm doing a Coffee with The Celtfather show on Thursday, Jan 11 at 11:30 AM ET.

This will be a public show on YouTube. I'll post about it again on Thursday morning.

My plan for Coffee shows is to schedule them ahead of time. I have 5 planned at present. Then I'll take a break in February when I schedule more.

So Coffee with The Celtfather will be back with a different sort of regularity. Look for them on Wednesday at 11:30 AM ET on Patreon.

NEW AUTOHARP TO COME

No. That is NOT an autoharp. That is DALL-E's idea of what an auto “harp” should look like. Apparently, it has no idea what an autoharp actually is. I didn't realize my instrument would be THAT obscure!

I'm building a new autoharp this week. My primary instrument has had a few technical issues. But the real reason is that our cat Thorn peed on my autoharp case. My ‘harp sat in the case for two long and absorbed the smell. It smells HORRIBLE!

Fortunately, Sara had an autoharp she got from her parents. She gave it to my in December. I'm gonna set it up to my specs this week.

DANCING WITH HOBBITS UPDATE

I ordered the new Musical Pins for Dancing With Hobbits last week. They should arrive by the end of the month.

We are almost done with the final mixing and mastering of the music. I hope to send that to the printers by Friday.

CELTIC INVASION OF THE ISLE OF MAN

I started booking flights to the Isle of Man this week. I hope to finish the itinerary if not by Friday than by the following Friday. I'll share it when I'm done.
