If you've tried buying anything through the Celtic Music CD Store recently, you may've been a bit confused or disoriented. That's because I made a bunch of changes recently to the store.
Here's what happened. A few months back, I had a new store design. But it seemed even more difficult to look around. Maybe I'm just a little too text-based, but I didn't like it. So I reverted back to the original design.
I'm happy to say I've had a decent number of orders in the store for the holiday. The problem I've had is keeping up with them. I'm a big believer in offering Great customer service. But when I can't keep up with CD orders, that is BAD customer service. It hurts me a lot to think that some folks haven't received orders or that they are delayed.
For that reason, I decided it's time to outsource all CD sales once again to CD Baby. CD Baby offers brilliant customer service. They take good care of their customers. I love 'em for it.
Of course, I still sell other products through the store. There are shirts, sheet music, and some Celtic gifts. I hope to add more such products in the future. So who knows. Maybe one day, I'll get my act together and sell more CDs there. In the meantime, I suggest that you buy through CD Baby.
Buuuuut…. If you are really anxious to buy direct for me, and you don't mind the order taking 4-6 weeks, then all of the main artist pages currently offer CD sales, including mine.
Hmmm… I wonder if I should actually rename my store from Celtic Music CD Store to something else…. nahhhh! 😉
OH! For just a little bit longer, you can order A Celtic Christmas and some Greeting cards direct from the sales page. 🙂
