I was chatting online with a Gunn Runner in Atlanta about hosting a house concert. I think it might come to be. Now I'm creating a whole marketing plan and blueprint of how to entertain current fans and attract new ones.
Here's the idea:
- Setup a house concert within 300 miles of Birmingham.
- Play game stores, animal shelters, Celtic stores and other venues during the day to promote the evening house concert.
- Repeat step 1.
The trick now is to find people willing to host a house concert. If you live in:

- Birmingham, AL
- Tuscaloosa, AL
- Montgomery, AL
- Nashville, TN
- Chattanooga, TN
- Knoxville, TN
- Atlanta, GA
- Columbus, GA
- Tallahassee, FL
Or anywhere in between, please contact me. I'd love to talk with you about working this blueprint idea during various weekends of the year.
All you need is
- A place where as few as ten people can comfortably sit and enjoy music. It may be a weekday if it's on the low side, but if you can host 15-30 folks, even better
- A willingness to have people visit your home and to organize a great party.
- It'd be nice if you do have a game store or shelter nearby. Though if you have another venue idea where I might be able to attract my peeps, awesome! Let me know!
