The day is nearly here. Tomorrow, we are taking Kenzie to the hospital for her big open-heart surgery repair. We are nervous as all hell!
For those who aren't aware, our daughter Kenzie was born with a heart defect. You can read about it here. I'm not sure how much online I'll be until ALEP 2.

Remind me to give you the biggest hug ever when I see you again. Then you can pass it on to that little girl. I’m sure she’ll be fine, and just know she’ll be even stronger for it. After all, look how I turned out!
