— CD of the Week: Dr. Horrible Soundtrack. It's now on iTunes.

— Movie of the Week: Waking Ned Devine. One of my favorite movies about two old guys in Ireland who try to soften up to the local lottery winner.

— I'm Not the Only Man Who Loves Cats. Cara shares this great article in the NY Times. Yeah, but do those guys Sing about their cats??? (probably…;)

— Earn a Part-Time Income Selling Celtic CDs. I got an email a few days ago from a friend who sponsored Whiskers in the Jar. She shared it with some friends who loved the album. Since she had several extra copies she asked if she could resell them. The simple answer is yes, but it raises an interesting point. Mage Records sell its artists CDs wholesale through the link above. You are always welcome to buy from there and resell albums to your friends, at festivals, social gatherings whatever. What a cool way to earn a part-time income reselling CDs.

— UPCOMING GIGS. The Brobdingnagian Bards are in Austin this weekend for the Browncoat Ball. If you love Firefly like I do, be there! Tickets are still available.

— The following weekend I have two shows, starting with Another of Space Madness at Elysium! Hear geeky, spaced out songs performed by yours truly on Friday. Then on Sunday, I play Pawstock.

— Wine and Whiskey Tasting at Louisiana Renaissance Festival. If you want an incredible experience at LARF, sign up now for the Wine and Whiskey Tastings. You will learn a ton about the drinks, PLUS, you'll hear a few songs for me. Right now, this is the only show I have at the festival. However, I am hoping to score more. Time will tell.
