Are you ready for the biggest month of the year?
I thought I was. But then a day before March started the Pub Songs & Stories podcast disappeared from Apple Podcasts.
I only freaked out a little.
I thought it was an error. I started searching for potential problems. I found one possible issue. It was a little known thing that I learned from Libsyn's The Feed podcast. Images that are greater than 500 KB can cause issues with the feed in Apple Podcasts.
I checked it out and found a whole bunch of episodes where this was the case. Not just for the Pub Songs Podcast, but also the Irish & Celtic Music Podcast, and others. So I spent Monday, uploading new images, all less than 500 KB.
When I finished, I emailed Apple Podcast support and waited with baited breath. The next day they responded. Today the podcast is back.
Whew! What a relief!

ST PATRICK'S DAY PLAYLISTS
I was listening to the Pub Songs Podcast on Spotify. It struck me that Spotify allows you to make playlists that include podcasts. So I created the St Patrick's Day Music & Fun playlist. It features 22 podcast episodes where I shared concerts. Mostly St Patrick's Day concerts.
How cool is that?
Well, if it's not cool enough. I realized I had a whole bunch of concerts that I could share as well on YouTube. Check out the St Patrick's Day Party Concert Playlist there.
“When the Dairy Farm Caught Fire” is a kitty cat parody of “Old Dun Cow”. I posted a video of it on YouTube last week. It seemed like a good video for St Patrick's Day. What do you think?
