I get emails all time by fans asking “Where is the best place to buy your music online?”
In the past, I directed folks to CD Baby. I still love those folks, and if you want a CD quickly or if you want to purchase music internationally, order from CD Baby. They are awesome.
However, if you're patient and you want to support me directly. You can now do that at my Celtic Music CD Store. Right now, I have all my solo CDs and my Cat CDs for sale there. The new store is extremely easy to use. You can buy CDs or MP3 albums, see all the tracks on each album, and even pickup my T-shirts.
Because of the new store, I want to hold a sale.
From now until February 24th, when you use the coupon code NEWSTORE2012, you will save 15% off any album in the Celtic Music Store.
OR
If you want to get the complete Marc Gunn collection, get my Box Set, you'll save $50 until the end of January.
Look at all those CDs to the left. I have a lot. That's thirteen albums, plus a few limited-edition bonuses. It's quite a deal.

I use Spotify and listen to your music on there. Are you getting any music from Spotify or other streaming services.
I meant “are you getting any MONEY” from Spotify, MOG, Rdio etc
Spotify kinda sucks when it comes to paying indie artists. They pay a portion of their profits instead of the standard royalty rate. And they also pay major labels more than they do indies. So it’s not a very fair system, that’s for sure. I don’t know about the others.
That said, it’s still money. So the “ideal” situation in my mind is that fans go ahead and listen to music through Spotify and other streaming services, but you still buy CDs or MP3 downloads to actually support the artist.
Hope that helps!
