Postcard from The Shire, Ironshield Saturday

I am back from visiting The Shire. Wow! What a great experience. There was music and dancing. I wrote two new songs, one of them with Andrew McKee. I played music Jamie Haeuser. I also went trail biking around the area every morning. It was glorious.

I'll share a picture down below and on the NEXT Pub Songs & Stories. But first…

WHO IS GRACE O'MALLEY? WHERE IS THE NEXT CELTIC INVASION VACATION?

Grace O'Malley is a big hint for the location of the Celtic Invasion Vacation in 2023. You'll also hear related music courtesy of The Gothard Sisters who have a great song about Grainne.

And if you ever wondered what it was like to go on on a Celtic Invasion Vacations. I will answer most of your questions.

Listen to Pub Songs & Stories.

IRONSHIELD BREWERY THIS SATURDAY

It's been a while since I've played a non-convention gig. I miss them. Sadly, I don't have many planned in the next couple o' months.

So if you want to see me perform live, in person with other screaming Gunn Runners, join me in Lawrenceville, this Saturday, October 8, 2022 starting at 7 PM.

Join me at Ironshield.

Biking through glorious countryside

POSTCARD FROM THE SHIRE

This was my fifth ALEP (A Long Expected Party). Until this year, I barely saw the village. That all changed this year. I woke up with the sun. My friend Matt and I boarded our bikes and hit the trails.

The fresh autumn air was invigorating. The grass and farm fields were inspiring. The racing around on our bikes was exhausting Perfection.

There are a bunch of abandoned barns in Shakertown

I'll have more pictures to share soon.

Slainte!
