Thanks also to everyone who posted comments. Here's the deal. Booking shows is a toss up. I just don't know if I can (a) pull in enough money with a gig to pay for the travel, or (b) actually get any shows to make this happen.

So assuming I get the full confirmation from the two venues, I decided to do a Kickstarter to cover travel costs to Texas and Denver.

Here's what I'm looking at offering:

• Postcard from Texas/Colorado
• A CD recorded live from one of the venues I am able to book.
• Concert ticket from house concerts in Texas (and possibly Colorado)
• 2014 Concert Tour T-Shirt
• And of course the whole package.

I'll probably offer a sponsorship option too if any businesses want their business promoted the hell out of during those trips. I'll even include them on the limited-edition shirts.

I might try and come up with one or two other things, but that's what I'm looking at. What do you think? Is this a good idea? I'm not sure yet when I will put this on. So stay tuned for more info.
