If you bought MP3s through the Celtic Music CD Store in the past few years, you may've noticed a variety of different bit rates to your MP3s. I used to keep MP3s at 192kbps, which was the most-reasonable size of MP3s. Hard drives are expanding. So it's no longer necessary to keep settle for lower-fidelity (even if most people can't tell the difference). That's why I decided to upgrade all my MP3s to 320kbps.
All of my solo albums should be upgraded by the time you read this. If you ever bought MP3s through store, check your old receipts. You will be able to redownload the album and enjoy higher-fidelity music.
The only albums I still need to upgrade are the Brobdingnagian Bards. I hope to get those done next week.
