Background

In 2012, Nancy Flynn emailed me two songs: “Christmas in the Shire” and “Yuletide”. The first song was recorded with my Hobbit friends of ALEP. It was released on my Celtic Christmas Greetings CD back in 2014. I meant to record this one too. Seven years later, I finally did that.

I composed the music to give it that upbeat fun, hobbit hornpipe feel. It's something you could dance to and full of joy.
