* Thanks to the Patrons of the Podcast. Your kind and generous support keeps this show running every week. Become a Patrons at http://celticmusicpodcast.com/patron/. Special thanks to our newest Patrons: Lissa, Nick, Craig, David, Rebecca

* The 2-Hour Harp Music Special is still in the works. I apologize for the delay, but the holidays and family commitments took precedence. If it's any consolation, I'm two months behind on releasing my album Dragons vs. Pirates, which I successfully funded on Kickstarter earlier this year. But weekly gigs in November, sick children and the holidays, I'm doing the best I can.

* The 2015 Celtic Christmas Podcast show was a hit. And many of you got the show directly in the Irish & Celtic Music Podcast feed due to a small technical error on my part. But it turned out for the best. Because of that error, we climbed up to #7 on the iTunes Music Podcast charts. I hope you enjoy the show.

  1. Mark, Thank you for your excellent Podcase. I found your podcast about 2 years ago after I moved from Michigan to Georgia. I first experienced celtic music in high school with Wild Mountain Thyme and the Michigan Renaissance Festival where I had a chance to see them in person. I know some of the members formed 3 Pints Gone, so imagine my surprise when I heard Scotlands Depraved after I knew they were no longer a band. Thank you for introducing me to so much awesome music! Who knew celtic hip-hop existed or was awesome? If your listeners want a funny song that goes beyond risque, encourage them to find the Moose Song from Wild Mountain Thyme – they won’t be dissapointed.

    Thanks again for your work.
