I struggled running this morning. Some days you're in the mood. Others, it's a chore. But I keep doing it because I see results. I am healthier than I've ever been in my life. My weight is down to a low I haven't seen since probably college. I feel better and stronger. I feel good.
Happily, I also get to see deer grazing while I listen to my Irish & Celtic Music Podcast “Rights of Celtic Women” episode. It's a good episode. Let me know if you agree or not.
Sure, I still have my challenges. It struck me just on Saturday while driving back from Birmingham that Dragon Con is THIS Coming Weekend!
I have a LOT to do. To be completely honest, I'm not entirelysure what all that means… I haven't even made a check list of things I need to do or bring.
That said, here's what's coming up this week:
Come Adventure With Me, make a pledge! You have until Sept 11 to get stuff. And I'm seriously considering the idea of doing away with physical CDs outside of the Kickstarter. So this is definitely one of your few chances to own the album.
Dragon Con starts on Thursday! I have a Firefly Drinking Songs show and a show for my cat music fans. There's several shows with the Brobdingnagian Bards including Hobbit Drinking Songs.
