Greetings and Merry Christmas!

I can't believe it's just four days until we are off on our Christmas vacation. Do you still have as much wrapping as I need to do? At least my Christmas cards are done. But the wrapping. Oh the wrapping! Ahhh!

I want to thank you for making this fall so incredible. With your help, I released two CDs. My blog is the now the number one place to read my news. My podcasts are seeing a huge numbers of listens and downloads. I had my first Christmas show in years... and it was a solo show too. The Gunns & Drums show at the Louisiana Renaissance Festival brought fans back to each show. The Irish & Celtic Music Podcast store was kicked into overdrive with record sales and memberships to Song Henge. The Celtic Invasion to Wales got its first signups. Overall, I'm feeling good about all I accomplished these past couple o'months.

It's almost time to start thinking about next year. As I composed my Song Henge newsletter today, I got to thinking about community and what we can accomplish together in 2014.

You've given me a lot of support over the past year. Wouldn't it be amazing if that same support could mobilized into some greater good?

I'm not sure what that should be. But I'd love your thoughts.

What would you like to see happen next year?

How can we make that happen?

Any generous thoughts planned for holiday season?

Let me know what you're doing.

Slainte!
Marc Gunn

Celtic Christmas Songs

New Single on Celtic Christmas Songs EP

Last week, I recorded my fourth Christmas single. It's called "The Scottish King of Christmas" and tells the tale of a Scottish king who visits the manger where Jesus is born. With four Christmas songs now recorded, I couldn't help but release an EP.

The album is called Celtic Christmas Songs. It is currently only available as a digital download.

If you've been on my mailing list for the past few years, you probably already own the first three songs: "Celtic Christmas Elf Conscription Song", "Silent Night", and "Christmas in Scotland". If that's the case, just buy the single. It's a fun song. You can listen to it on my reverbnation page. Eventually, I'll even get it up on YouTube.

Buy "The Scottish King of Christmas" on CDBabyiTunes, or Amazon.
