Marc Gunn is a rhythm and folk musician inspired by Celtic culture, science fiction, fantasy, and cats. He breathes new life into the autoharp, which continues to surprise musical veterans and fans a like for it’s unique sound and spirited energy. It’s Celtic music, the traditional and the twisted.

Marc's Musings

The first time I went to a science fiction convention, I was surprised. It wasn't the cos play. It wasn't the awesome guests. It wasn't Rocky Horror Picture Show. It was the huge number of Celtic Geeks who attended the con.

There were people in Renaissance festival garb. There were men in kilts. There was Celtic knotwork. Plus, there were people as passionate about MY fan bases as I was. There were Celts AND there were Geeks. That's the premise behind my new weekly podcast, The Celtic Geek.

The Celtic Geek is a ten-minute update of what's going on in my Celtic Geek media empire. I update you about new videos and podcasts. I talk about Celtic or Geek things that catch my eye. I share exciting news in the Celtic Geek world. And I do it every Monday morning.

This is the first podcast that I actually get physically excited to record each and every week. So I'm obviously pretty psyched about it.

You can subscribe to the show at Celtfather.com. And I'd love your feedback. Let me know not only what you think of the show, but also how I can improve it. I want to add an interactive aspect to the podcast. That means I need YOUR contributions. Send me links that might appeal to the Celtic Geek community.
