Last week, I played at The Summit Farmer's Market in Birmingham. I love farmer's markets. I love the the fresh food. I love the people. I love the atmosphere. It makes me feel like summer... the good part of summer is here... despite the heat and humidity. It just makes me happy.
In fact, it makes my whole family happy. We go to the farmer's market every week, even when I'm not playing. It's one of those rituals that makes life a better place. Sorta like finishing a CD.
I love the feeling of accomplishment I get when I complete any project. I get it after I release each podcast. But finishing a CD is even better. It's only slightly trumped by opening a CD when it arrives from the printers, knowing that you too will get to hear something that took years to plan.
I am happy to announce that Sci Fi Drinking Songs is officially done. It will arrive in 2-3 weeks. What's even more incredible is the support I received in producing this album. I raised over $8000 through the two Kickstarter campaigns. I want to thank each and every one of you who made this album happen. You are my angels!
The album will officially go on sale online on September 8, 2014. However, your first chance to buy it will be at GenCon in August. I have a bunch of shows planned for that con. Tickets are selling out fast for my shows. So hurry over there and reserve your seat.
Play On Con This Weekend
This weekend is my home convention, Play On Con. It starts Thursday, but my show is scheduled for 8pm on Friday. I'm still hoping to have another one on Saturday, but I haven't gotten a confirmation. In any case, I will debut some new songs from my Sci Fi Drinking Songs album this weekend. You will hear songs never before played at any venue. You can join me! Let me know you're coming.

Concert Window World Debut
On Sunday, July 20th, you will be able to watch me perform a brilliant, live performance on Concert Window.
