Where Can You Find Me at DragonCon? And Other Bits of News

Relaxing in the park with acorns and rocks galoreKenzie is officially 22 weeks months old (I really do know how old my daughter is…). Just two more months and she turns two years old. It is amazing how time flies. She laughs and plays, and if you saw one of her recent pictures, she even smiles on command for the camera. It's awesome to see that development.

Meantime, I'm gearing up for DragonCon. That huge convention kicks off in three days. I have a ton of shows lined up. I'm still fine tuning my calendar. But it's mostly there. In a couple days, I'll send a schedule as to when you can find me at the table. I suspect I will be there from about 10 am til noon every day. After that, we'll see… If you're not on my DragonCon mailing list, sign up today.

Here's a few more news tidbits that you might be interested in hearing about…

New Marc Gunn Chart Topping Mailing List

In preparation for the big chart topping event on September 22, I setup a new mailing list that is exclusively designed for those who want to help me top the charts. I will be sending messages out to my mailing list and street team too, but this will be very specific and receive a LOT more reminders. So if you want to help out my hobbit CD promotion, please sign up today!

Have you joined my street team on reverbnation or on facebook?

The festival season has picked up once again. That means I have a LOT of news to share about the success of my recent CD fundraiser, upcoming shows and the success of my performance at GenCon. Plus, I’m gearing up for another Chart Topping event in September.  I will need your help if we’re gonna send “Don’t Go Drinking With Hobbits” to the top of the charts. Could one funny (and true) song change the world?  Listen to all my news in this month’s Pub Songs Podcast.

New Shirt – Monahan’s Mudder’s Milk

Walk into any pub on Higgin’s Moon and you’re sure to see one of the poster for the most-famous of all mudder’s milks–Monahan’s Mudder’s Milk. The drink that launched a thousand imitations has released their famous logo now on a t-shirt. This beautiful black t-shirt with the Monahan’s label features the logo that became famous during the Unification War in the Verse–”Enjoy Freedom? Thank a Browncoat”.

Finally, if you live in New Orleans or anywhere on the gulf coast, please be careful. This hurricane is looking nasty. Take care of yourself!
